Just beyond the bayou there's a country cabin
getaway offering seclusion, charm and beauty.
Found on the historical Old Port Caddo Road
nestled in a grove of pines, Beyond the Bayou
overlooks a pond surrounded by cypress trees.
Few places can offer such serenity and privacy.

There's lots to do - or nothing to do. Close by
are the adventures of breath-taking Caddo
Lake, historic Jefferson and Marshall and the
excitement of Shreveport. Watching the sunrise
over the meadow from your front porch and
enjoying the grazing of horses in a nearby
pasture may be your activity of choice. Your
hosts will assist in any direction you choose to
explore, or let you simply enjoy the
peacefulness and beauty that makes Beyond the
Bayou so special.

Beyond the Bayou consists of one
bedroom, living room with queen
hide-a-bed sofa, a spacious bathroom
with antique claw foot tub and separate
shower, and a beckoning sitting porch.
The fully equipped kitchen is available
for the guests to enjoy. Additional
amenities include a wood burning
fireplace, washer and dryer, wheel chair
accessibility and lots of little extras that
make Beyond the Bayou your own
private world.

Rates are $95 per night for double
occupancy and $20 for each additional
person with 6% sales tax. A
continental breakfast is
included. A deposit of 50% secures
your reservation, and a 7 day
cancellation notice is necessary for a
refund. Payment may be by check
or cash. No credit cards.
